The purpose of these pages is to provide the residents of the Town of Canandaigua free and unfettered access to the Zoning Laws. I copy of the entire Town Code is available at the Town Hall located at 5440 State Route 5 & 20 West in the Town of Canandaigua, and can be reached at 585.394.1120 Fax 585.394.9476. The Planning, Zoning, and Building Department is open daily from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm and can be reached at 585.396.0430 Planning and Zoning Board meeting dates and application deadlines can be found here. Property information can be found at the Systems Development Groups web site including tax map numbers, acreage, zoning districts, and other information specific to individual parcels located in the Town of Canandaigua.
